Metro Dog is a proud member of the Richmond Chamber of Commerce, supporting our local business community and economy.
At Metro Dog, we’re not just taking care of dogs—we’re giving them the ultimate home-away-from-home experience! Serving the East Bay for over 20 years, our 12,500-square-foot facility is fully equipped with rubber-floored indoor yards, K-9 turf outdoor play areas, and 24/7 on-site care. Whether your pup needs structured doggy daycare, tail-wagging boarding, custom behavior training, or a spa bath after a muddy walk, our expert handlers prioritize individual comfort, safety, and endless fun. Plus, as Contra Costa County’s first and only Green-Certified animal care center, we’re keeping Richmond eco-friendly—one wagging tail at a time!
