This event will be taking place at The Shops at Hilltop in the 2nd Floor Conference Room. Enter on the South side of The Shops, entrance next to Richmond PD satellite office just west of Walmart and adjacent to bus stop- next to where JC Penny was.  When you enter mall, take elevator on left side.
