can assist businesses in recruiting and testing potential

employees, and, tax credits available to businesses

located in the City of Richmond

Zakhary will highlight current programs, and a study he spearheaded that is competitively evaluating high-capacity transit investments along the Interstate 80 corridor in West Contra Costa County that can best serve the travel needs in the area with viable transit alternatives.

Alternatives being considered in the study include:

• A BART extension to Hercules,
• Commuter rail service between Richmond and Hercules,
• Expanded express bus service, and
• Bus rapid transit service
