Richmond Chamber of Commerce invites you to join Bridge Storage & ARTSpace in celebrating the opening of the newly completed co-working complex! 
 
You are invited to tour the new amenities which include a Co-Working space, Art Studio, Film stage, Woodshop, Sewing Lab, and Metal Shop. Enjoy the film screening, art exhibits and live music from Tatsumaki Tako. 
 
 
FILM SCREENING

Enjoy a mini film festival in the film studio showing shorts from local filmmakers, including:
  • Anthonia Onyejekwe (SHE)
  • Erica Milsom (So Much Yellow)
  • Sizwe Andrews Abakah (So Beautiful)
  • William Spafford (Untitled)
ART EXHIBIT

View art from Steve Hurst, Joan Finton and Fortune Sitole
  • In the main gallery, “Time and Dreams” is a retrospective of artwork from Point Richmond artist Steve Hurst. The exhibit will showcase a retrospective body of work, including paintings, illustrations, and clocks- spanning over 40 years. 
  • Joan Finton, with the help of curator Jacob Clark, has mounted a very special exhibition of monotypes on leather and paper in the newly renovated office gallery. 
  • In our conference room, Fortune Sitole has a mini-exhibit of his South African mixed media artworks.

COMMUNITY EXPO

Meet local arts and culture non-profits at our Richmond Community Expo, including 
 
R&R Coffee is launching their presence at Bridge – sample the delicious cuisine! R&R will be serving:

  • Fresh-popped Popcorn

ABOUT BRIDGE STORAGE & ARTSPACE

With shared office space, artist studio, woodshop, sewing lab and metal shop as well as private meeting rooms and studios-a Bridge membership offers the space to design, create, and build, with perks similar to those offered by more conventional co-working spaces.
 
A professional film stage and 2200 square foot gallery space are also part of the compound. A catering kitchen, ADA-accessible restrooms, music rehearsal spaces and a yoga/dance studio are all in the works.
