Richmond residents are eligible to receive thousands of dollars in stimulus rebates to improve their home’s health, comfort and energy efficiency for a limited time only. The City is hosting a free workshop for homeowners to learn how to obtain these rebates through the Richmond Recovery Rebate (R³) program and Energy Upgrade California this Thursday.

- Hear from local homeowners about their experience participating in the R³ Program
- Learn how to leverage stimulus rebates, grants and loans to upgrade your home
- Meet local Energy Upgrade California certified contractors
- Enjoy refreshments prior to the workshop at 6:00 PM
