1. Navigating Through the Maze of Environmental Health & Safety Rules and Regulations at National Labs
Working as a Construction or Non-construction subcontractor at Lawrence Berkeley National Lab (LBNL) can be a challenge as you struggle through the maze of Environmental Health & Safety rules and regulations. Berkeley Lab project managers will speak about the work authorization program for Non-construction and Construction subcontractors who perform work at facilities owned or leased by LBNL.

The experts will show you step-by-step how to comply with safety requirements at the Lab. They will share with you all the resources and techniques that you need to know about working on-site at the national lab level and more importantly, from a small business perspective. Come to learn how to cross the next hurdle in becoming a contractor at the Lab.

2. Millions of dollars spent on Transportation projects in California: What’s in it for you as the small businesses? How can your company to be prepared to bid on those wonderful contracting opportunities?
