Weekly E-Newsletter: Learn about news and events going on in Richmond and involving Chamber members. This is a great way to inform other members of newsworthy changes in your business or agency. Articles must be submitted by Wednesday to be included in the Friday publication.
Richmond Magazine: Printed every other year and includes our membership directory. It's a high quality, magazine type publication with a printing of 7,000 copies. Only members are included with high visibility in both free alphabetical and classified listings. Advertising opportunities are limited to members. Richmond Magazine is distributed to current members, city offices, hotels, and the business community.
Website: Member information is easily found on the Chamber's online directory and is organized both alphabetically and by service category. The site is a useful source of other information about the Chamber and the City with other business and community-related links. New members get special recognition for the first three months. Links from the directory to member businesses provided free.
Richmond/West County Map: Every other year the Chamber publishes a map of the city of Richmond and West Contra Costa County, with an inset overview of the San Francisco Bay area. Locations and short explanations of Points of interest, Historical sites and Public art locations also appear. Advertising opportunities are limited to members.
Richmond Chamber News: this bi-monthly publication includes flyers advertising Chamber events and "Hot Sheets"-- an opportunity for members to include flyers and brochures promoting their events, products and services economically. New members receive special recognition. Membership Anniversaries are also noted.
Advertising Specials in local print media: Occasionally the Chamber promotes special events by buying space or inserts in local publications and providing feature stories and advertising space to members.
Chamber Information Center: Members can display their business cards and promotional materials in the Chamber office - very broad exposure for a nominal monthly fee. Rent a space on our wall to distribute your flyers, brochures, menus, etc.
Business Expo/Trade Show: Each spring, the Chamber sponsors a trade show/mixer attended by 300 or more people. This event offers members outstanding business exposure and excellent networking opportunities. Display booths provide members the opportunity to market their products and services. Discounted for members.
Grand Openings/ Anniversaries/ Ribbon Cuttings/ Groundbreaking Ceremonies: The Chamber sponsors these events to increase the visibility of new and relocated member businesses. These events are highlighted in the monthly newsletter, Richmond Chamber News, and on our website.
Meeting Room Use: A private conference room is made available to Chamber members. Wireless Internet connection is available.
Credit Union Membership: Chamber members are offered membership in the Metro One Credit Union as an added benefit of their Chamber membership.
Merchant Card Processing: use of Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express made easier and maybe cheaper.
Relocation Packets: Informational packets are sent out on request. This is an excellent way for Chamber members to access the initial buying habits of newcomers to the Richmond area.
Membership Mailing Labels: Complete direct mailing information of nearly 800 Richmond area business people, allowing you to reach many business prospects. List is free and given to Chamber members only; labels to members at $100.00.
Certificate of Origin: The Chamber signs Certificates of Origin to members for overseas shipments at no charge. $25.00 per form for non-members.
Tax Deductibility: Membership in the Chamber is 100% deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense.
Referrals: Thousands of times each year members are referred in response to phone and write-in inquiries from residents, newcomers and visitors.

Resource Center: Information/resources are available at the Chamber - includes community demographics, criss-cross city directory, and more.
Advocate for Business: The Chamber is the voice of the business community in local, county, and state issues representing the business community in problem solving, promoting economic development, etc.
President's Circle: A convenient way to participate in all chamber events and support Chamber activities.
Memberships may be conveniently paid by credit card, cash, or check and can be invoiced quarterly, twice a year or annually.
