Important Doctors Medical Center Community Town Hall on Potential Hospital Closure

Screen Shot 2014-03-20 at 2.37.58 PMAs you may know, Doctors Medical Center is facing the most serious fiscal crisis in our history and may be forced to close this summer. The impact of this closure would be catastrophic – impacting all residents of West Contra Costa County. Without DMC, it could take you up to an hour to get to the next closest emergency room and wait times at other local emergency rooms could increase by 10 to 12 times as long.

We understand that you may have questions or want to learn more about the hospital’s financial situation, the plan to save the hospital, and the impacts of a closure.

Please join hospital administrators, elected leaders, and medical staff for a telephone town hall meeting for a live conversation and an opportunity to ask questions.

WHEN: Wednesday, March 26 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm
TO JOIN THE CALL: Call 1-877-229-8493, then dial the code 12910 when prompted.

For more information or to RSVP, call (510) 970-5923 or visit www.SaveDMC.org.
