The West County Chambers Breakfast for Business is held the fourth Wednesday of the month from 7:30-8:45am at the Richmond/Berkeley Courtyard by Marriot. It features guest speakers focusing on business related topics. Guest speakers often include elected and city officials. Members from all of the West County Chambers are invited to attend!
With an opportunity for lively networking before breakfast, participants can also distribute their flyers, brochures and marketing materials. Bring your business cards to be entered to win great raffle prizes. You'll always leave with a copy of everyone's business card. Hot breakfast buffet included. $20 Members, $30 Non-members. Brown Bag Business Seminars are held twice a month on Wednesdays from 12-1pm. These casual informational sessions offer an intimate setting to gain knowledge on specific topics relating to ways you can better your business practices. Topics vary from advertising and selling to available business tax benefits and strategies to make you money. The Economic Summit Conference and Business Expo is an annual conference offering an opportunity to bring together the business community, city government, capacity building leaders, and Richmond residents for a day of economic development discussion, best practices and value-added learning and to promote the City of Richmond. The annual Home Front Festival brings Richmond residents together to commemorate the city’s roots in the historic events of the World War II years, and to celebrate contemporary Richmond’s culture, diversity and quality of life.
