Announcing Richmond Community Foundation Nonprofit Resource Center

Richmond Community Foundation, in partnership with the Foundation Center, is pleased to announce the launch of the “Funding Information Network.” The Network provides FREE access to print and online resources and training’s for the first-time grant seekers, seasoned fundraisers and individuals seeking scholarships or arts funding. Information about grantmakers is available in many general and specialized directories at the Richmond Community Foundation Nonprofit Resource Center.

Here’s what you’ll find when you visit:

  • Profiles on more than 100,000 U.S. grant makers and 2.4 million grants in Foundation Directory Online Professional.
  • Proposal writing guides with step-by-step instruction and examples of successful proposals.
  • Foundation Grants to Individuals Online, a one-of-a kind database of nearly 10,000 foundation and public charity programs that provide support for students, artists, researchers and other individual grant seekers.
  • Free workshops and orientations on how to effectively use these resources and identify potential funders.
